ASDA promoting Danone Aptamil in breach of marketing regulations

ASDA is promoting Danone Aptamil infant formula with special displays, in breach of Article 23 of the Infant Formula and Follow-on Formula Regulations (2007), which states there should be no special displays, price reductions or "any other promotional activity to induce the sale of an infant formula".

The example below is from ASDA Haydon in North Swindon on 10 March 2016.

This has been reported to ASDA and Baby Milk Action is pursuing the case with Trading Standards.
